What was interesting in Philadelphia was the amount of discussion on the themes of the TAG, but that took place away from the Town Hall: several presentations, including my own and at least two other public sector agencies, highlighted some of the expectations from Web architecture; many informal corridor talks revealed concern about whether the W3C really did have a grip on its understanding of Web Architecture; and even Adam Bosworth from BEA seemed to be suggesting the need for an 'information model' that was not based on URIs...
If W3C want the TAG flagship document to be more widely discussed and taken on board, it will take more than a dozen converts in a fringe meeting to do it...
