Excellent, thanks for pointing that out - it appears now is the time to start the serious switch to XSLT 2.0... This is going to be incredibly useful in the most horrible XSLT hack, the recursive loop template.

  Much as I like to play with 2.0, I still believe that now is only the time to play with it. (And there's lots to play with!) I'm going to wait until it's a Proposed Recommendation before I suggest that anyone starts a serious switch to it.
