That thing you point to is clearly not related to binary XML, all it does is remove some whitespace, move some bits of CSS here and there, and perhaps gzip a little. If you look closer you'll see that the company is in the business of selling extensions to IIS that you get for free with Apache... Nah, if you're looking for binary XML or, as it is here, binary representations of Infosets, you want to be looking at XOP :)
