The article presents PAD spec that is base on an XML document (hierarchical documents). This solution is OK for actual web. I think that we should start research and develop the ontology in a software model in task realization to find ways to improve products. This solution should be usefully in the next web, semantic web. The example of tool and task ontology is presented on the web http://www.ecolleg.org/trms/ontology.html
