Why should the W3C be "cleaning up and otherwise standardizing the DAML+OIL" language, as nothing much resulted from that. A few web pages were produced under contract, so what? Why can't the W3C follow a logical transparent process of documenting requirements and refining a solution in response? Making the solution fit DAML-OIL is like Stalinist science. There are too many generals walking the corridors of W3C these days.
